Dietician
  • Osteopath & Founder Of SWO | Health & Performance

    Oliver is a registered Osteopath & Sports therapist. He is currently working in elite rugby at Taunton Titans as the club’s Osteopath. Outside of clinical practice, Oliver also works closely with the military, providing osteopathic sports care & pre-Hospital pitchside for the Royal Navy rugby team at 40 Commando. Oliver’s mission is to make elite health and performance accessible to the general public by revolutionising the way people defeat pain to reclaim their active lives in sports, other hobbies, or day-to-day activities.

    Oliver has 12 years experience working within the health and fitness industry as a Sports Therapist & Personal trainer specialising in acute injuries and exercise rehabilitation.

  • Sports Rehabilitator

    Tom is a Sports Rehabilitator who has worked in professional sports for

    the last 11 years. From initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and

    rehabilitation, Tom treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries

    specialising in sport-specific injuries and treatment.

    After qualifying in 2010 from St Mary’s University Tom worked in a

    private physiotherapy practice before launching his career in

    professional sport starting at Premiership Football Team Bournemouth

    FC. However professional rugby is where Tom has spent most of his

    a career working at both Leicester Tigers and then Exeter Chiefs where he

    currently works as the first team Sport Rehabilitator.

    During his time in professional sport, he has experienced a wide range

    of injuries from the point of injury, through the rehabilitation process and

    all the way back to full fitness. This includes a current up-to-date

    understanding of manual therapy techniques, and individually tailored

    rehabilitation coaching making sure the patient is getting the best

    available care. Tom also believes that by combining a personal level of care

    alongside the detail learnt in professional sport he can provide elite

    rehabilitation to all patients.

    Away from Sport Rehabilitation Tom is always on the hunt for the best surf around and also enjoys running, swimming, and long dog walks to

    the pub.

  • Dietitian

    Sam is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with The Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) with a BSc in Dietetics from Plymouth University and a previous BSc in Biochemistry (Honours) from Queen’s University in Canada. She has always had a passion for food, health and science and how they connect and work in the human body to help maintain health and wellbeing. She has been working as a Dietitian for the National Health Service (NHS) for the last couple of years, specialising in cancer services and is now looking to expand her work in private practice with an interest in sports dietetics. Her aim is to help you focus on a lifestyle that works best for you, providing a holistic patient-centered approach to help achieve your goals and well-being. She will work with you one-to-one, focusing on your nutritional needs and finding the best and safest approach for you. Work with Sam to lose weight, achieve optimal nutrition as an athlete or discuss the best diet for your health condition from her evidenced based practice. In her spare time, she enjoys going for long dog walks on the Moor, running in the countryside, creating fun, easy and healthy recipes and catching up with friends at the pub.
